Ingredients

2 boxes of broccoli

2 cans cream of chicken soup

2 cups chicken pieces

1/4 cup mayonaise

1 tsp. lemon juice

1/2 package stuffing mix (pepperidge farm)

grated parmesan cheese

3 tbsp. butter

croutons

Preparation

Cook broccoli and drain. Mix together soup and mayo and set aside. Arrange broccoli in a 3 quart dish. Cover with chicken, then soup mixture, then grated parmesan. Melt the butter and toss the croutons in it until they are buttered. Sprinkle croutons on top and bake @ 350 degrees for 20 - 30 minutes
