Ingredients
2 full-size, pre-cooked and pre-shred Chicken Breasts
1 Jar Ragu Cheddar Cheese Sauce
¼ Cup Milk
1 small head of broccoli
6 servings of rice (2 cups water + 1 cup rice, bring to boil, simmer for 15 minutes or until water has dissolved.)
Preparation
Start cooking broccoli and rice about 1/2 hour before eating. Put preshred chicken in bottom of casserole pan. Stir together 1/3 jar cheese sauce and milk. Microwave 5 minutes, stiring intermittently. Pour over chicken. Layer cooked broccoli. Mix remaining cheese with rice, pour over broccoli. Microwave 5-10 minutes, until warm.
