Ingredients

1 lb Ground Chicken

2 tbsp freshly chopped parsley

Generous handful of fresh-cut basil leaves

Sea salt

Coarse ground black pepper

Lemon zest of 1 lemon

2 tbsp non-fat Greek Yogurt

Preparation

Add all ingredients into a mixing bowl and mash together with clean hands. Quarter the meet and form into patties. Grill away at 325 degrees for about 5 minutes on each side or until juices run clear.
