Ingredients

1 lb of chicken

1 cup onion

1 cup celery

1 pk sliced mushrooms

1 large cream of mushroom soup

1 can artichoke hearts

1 can of Milk

1 T. wortchestishire sauce

1 box cooked wild rice

Sherry to taste

Preparation

Boil chicken till done, usually about 20 min. Remove cool and cube. In same pan saute onion, celery, and mushrooms till soft. Mix soup and milk and Wort. Sauce. Add chicken and artichoke hearts and one box of cooked wild rice and simmer for 30 minutes.
