Ingredients

2 T. mayonaise

1 tsp. lemon juice

1/4 tsp. salt

1/8 tsp. cyenne pepper

3/4 C. cooked chicken breast, finely chopped

2 T. slivered almonds, toasted, chopped

2 T. celery, finely chopped

Serve with crackers

Preparation

In a small bowl, stir together mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt and cayenne pepper. Add chicken, almonds and celery. Toss until combined. Garnish as desired. Serve with crackers
