Ingredients
1 package frozen soy “chicken” patties, cooked and chopped
1 can cream of broccoli soup, fat free
8 oz. can sliced water chestnuts
1 jar marinated artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
1/2 cup low fat mayonaise
1/4 cup low fat plain yogurt
2 tablespoons dried onion flakes
1 10 oz. frozen brocolli flourettes
8 oz. can crescent dinner rolls, low fat
4 slices swiss cheese
1/2 cup sliced almonds
Preparation
In large saucepan, combine first eight ingredients. Cook over medium heat until heated through. Pour in ungreased 8 x 8 inch glass pan. Separate crescent rolls and lay over casserole, edges may overlap. Top with swiss cheese slices and sliced almonds. Bake at 375 for 30 to 40 minutes. Serve immediately.
