Ingredients
1 lb or more or boneless chicken breasts
1 small eggplant
tomato sauce
grated parmagiana regiano
prosciutto
ricotta
mozzarella cheese
Preparation
Fry or bake 1 lb or more of chicken breasts Peel, slice fry and eggplant spread tomato sauce on bottom of baking pan. Cover with a layer of chicken. To each piece of chicken add a layer of grated parmigiana reggiano cheese, slice of prosciutto, thin layer of ricotta, eggplant, tomato sauce and mozzarella (season as you like)
Bake at 375 degrees - 15 minutes
