Ingredients
1 small sweet onion
8 cloves of crushed garlic or garlic powder.
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
1/3 cup soy sauce
1 cup water
2 Tbsp brown sugar
2 tsp ginger
4 to 6 Chicken Skinless Breasts or 1 [3lb] whole chicken cut into pieces
flour as needed to make gravy [optional]
cooked white rice
Preparation
Place chicken in a slow cooker. In a small bowl mix all of the ingredients except for the flour & rice. Pour over chicken. Cook on low for 6 to 8 hours. About 1/2 way through I will add the flour as needed to make the sauce less soupy and more gravy like. Serve over white rice
