Ingredients

1/2 cup chopped green pepper

1 can mushrooms (drain liquid)

1/2 cup butter

1/2 cup flour

1 tsp salt

1/4 tsp pepper

1 1/2 cup milk

1 1/4 cup chicken broth

2 cups cooked chicken (couple brests)

1 jar chopped pimientos (drained, maybe rinsed too), find w/vegetables or pickles

Preparation

muffin tin, 425 till toasted, buttered bread, butter side up

put some butter green pepper in pan, sizzle it up a bit add salt, pepper and flour in pan cook over low heat until bubbly, it will be a thick, plato-like paste take off heat, stir in milk and broth heat till boiling whip it up

add chicken and pimientos, serve on toast cups
