cooked chick peas with liquid
rosemary
thyme
bay leaf
1 celery
1 carrot
1 onion
2 garlic cloves
Preparation
saute onion, carrot and garlic. add everything else. cook 30-40 min. mash half in a blender. combine. serve with a spoonful of pesto and a drizzle of lemon juice.
