Ingredients

2 15.5 oz cans Garbanzo beans

1 Red Bell Pepper

2 Cloves of garlic

1/3 cup small Diced Red Onion

1 Tbsp Basil

1 Tbsp Oregano

1 Tsp Tyme

Juice of 1 Lemon

2 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Sea Salt & Pepper

1 Tsp Red Wine Vinegar

Preparation

-Rinse and drain Garbanzo beans -Small dice red pepper -Mince garlic -Small dice red onion -Chop herbs or chiffanode basil -Toss all ingredients, season to taste.
