Ingredients
4 Cups cooked Chick Peas
2 Tblspns oil
1 Garlic Clove, halved
1 Tsp Chili Powder or Paprika to taste
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Heat oil for 5 minutes in sided tray. Add garlic, bake until brown then toss.
Add Chick-peas and bake 30-35 minutes.
Sprinkle with Chili Powder or Paprika and bake an additional 5 minutes
