Ingredients
2 c rice
pineapple
3 c brown sugar
Preparation
Cook 2 c rice in 2 qts water. Add chunks of pineapple and 3 c brown sugar. Once rice is cooked allow to cool. Put it in a non-aluminum pot and allow to ferment for 2 days. Scoop out amount desired and put in a blender. Add pinapple juice or water and sugar to taste. Enjoy the chicha!
