Ingredients

1 lb. Hamburger

1 Medium Onion

4 tbls. Olive Oil

1/2 c. Celery

2 Cans of Tomato Paste

1 Can Tomato Sauce

21/2 c. Tomato Juice

1 Medium Lemon

1 c. Red Wine

1/4 teas. Black Pepper

1/4 teas. Ceyenne Pepper

1/4 teas. Dry Mustard

2 tbls. Chopped Parsley

1/2 teas. Salt

1/14 teas. Basil

1/4 teas. Oregano

1 Bay Leaf

1 teas. Fennel Seed

Preparation

Saute onions and celery in olive oil until golden brown add hamburger and brown. Drain and add to a large stock pan. Combine remaining ingredients and simmer over low heat for 11/2 hours stirring frequently.
