Ingredients

12 1/2 lbs ripe tomatoes, chopped

3 cups chopped celery

3 cups chopped onions

5 red and green peppers, chopped

1/2 cup salt

1 tsp cinnamon

1 tsp pepper

3 cups white vinegar

1/2 cup horse radish, finely chopped

Preparation

Prepare and combine first 5 ingredients. Let stand over night. Drain well and add remaining ingredients. Store in glass jars in the refrigerator.
