Ingredients

1 lb roasted beef, cut into 3/4’" cubes or julienne strips

1 lg sweet onion cut similarly

Juice of 1 lemon

½ T prepared Dijon mustard

2 T sugar

2 tsp curry powder

2 (or less) C sour cream (I think 1 C is enough)

¼ C white vinegar

salt & pepper to taste

Preparation

Toss beef, onions, salt and lemon together and let stand for 20 minutes.

Combine sour cream, curry powder, mustard, sugar & pepper. Add to beef mixture, coating well. Cover and let stand in refrig at least 4 hours. Serve on fancy greenery.
