Ingredients

9 c. or the full box (12 oz.) any Chex brand cereal. (I use Rice).

1 (12 oz.) bag of semi-sweet chocolate chips

3/4 c. smooth peanut butter

1 stick butter

2 c. powdered sugar

Preparation

Put cereal into a large bowl, set aside. Combine chocolate chips, peanut butter, and butter into a 1 quart microwavable bowl. Microwave on high for 1 minute. Stir, then microwave another minute, until all is melted. Pour chocolate mixture over the cereal, stirring until all pieces are covered. (Be careful not to stir too hard.) In a large sealable plastic bag, add the 2 cups of powdered sugar. Add the covered cereal mixture, seal bag and shake it until all pieces are well coated. Spread on wax paper to cool… Store in a covered container.
