Ingredients
2 oz semi-sweet chocolate
4 oz unsweetened chocolate
2 sticks butter
1 ¾ cups sugar
¼ cup light corn syrup
2 tsp vanilla extract
4 eggs
¼ tsp salt
1 cup flour
¾ cup chopped nuts
6 oz (1 cup) chocolate chips
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350º.
In a 2-quart glass bowl, combine chocolate and butter. Melt and stir until smooth. Beat in sugar, corn syrup, vanilla, and eggs until well blended. Mix in salt and flour.
Pour into greased, floured 9 x 13 pan. Sprinkle nuts and chips on top.
Bake 30-35 min, until set. Cool before cutting bars.
