Ingredients

3 small packages of black cherry jello

1 1/2 cups boiling water

1 1/2 cups cold water

5 ounces walnut chips

1/2 cup of cherry wine (Manischewitz)

2 cans pitted dark red cherries

Preparation

  1. Make jello according to the package
  2. Add the cherry wine
  3. Pour in serving bowl and let chill for a few hours.
  4. When jelled but still liquidy, add cherries and walnuts and stir through
  5. Finish jelling
