Ingredients
pint of cherry tomatoes
4 oz feta cheese
fresh basil
extra virgin olive oil
salt and fresh ground pepper
Preparation
Cut cherry tomatoes in half and arrange on a platter. Tuck a small chunk of feta cheese into each half. Slice basil leaves into thin ribbons and sprinkle over all. Drizzle with a bit of good olive oil; add salt and fresh ground pepper to taste.
