Ingredients

3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil

2 tablespoons anchovy paste

3 pints cherry tomatoes

1 pound cooked pasta

Fresh basil

Freshly ground pepper

Preparation

On a rimmed baking sheet, toss together olive oil, anchovy paste, and cherry tomatoes. Roast at 450 degrees until tomatoes burst. Toss with pasta; garnish with basil and ground pepper.
