Ingredients
1 pkg 250g Cream cheese, softened
1 can 300 ml regular or low fat eagle brand sweetened condensed milk
1/3 C lemon juice
1 t vanilla extract
1 9" graham cracker crust pie shell
1 can 190z cherry pie filling, chilled
Preparation
Beat cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in condensed milk until combined. Stir in lemon juice & vanilla. Pour into prepared crust. Chill 3 hours until set. Top with pie filling before serving.
