Cherry Gelato Recipe

Ingredients

3 pints organic cherries

1/4 cup dark rum

1/4 cup sugar

Another 1/4 cup sugar

1/4 cup heavy cream

1/2 cup water

Preparation

Use more cherries to get a cherry taste.

Try cooking the cherries like the Cosmo gelato recipe, cooking at least half the cherries with the sugar and water.
