Ingredients
2 graham cracker pie crust (or 9×13 pan making your own graham cracker bottom)
1-2 cans of cherry pie filling
2 8oz cream cheese, softened (let set out for a little bit)
1/2 tsp vanilla
3 cups confectioner sugar
1/2 c chopped nuts (optional)
cool whip
Preparation
Mix cream cheese, vanilla, and confectioner sugar together. Spread mixture in bottom of pan Sprinkle nuts over mixture (optional -I usually skip this part) Spread cherry pie filling. You can either spread the cool whip on the whole pie now or wait until serving to add a dollop to individual servings. Your choice. Refrigerate.
