Ingredients

1 can (20 oz.) crushed pineapple

1/2 cup water

2 pkgs (3 oz.) sugar free cherry jello

1 can (21 oz.) light cherry pie filling

3/4 cup diet cola

Preparation

Drain the pineapple, reserving the juice, set fruit aside. In a saucepan, bring the pineapple juice and water to a boil. Add the jello, stir until dissolved. Stir in the pie filling and cola. Pour into a serving bowl. Refrigerate until slightly thickened. Fold in the reserved pineapple. Refrigerate until firm.
