Ingredients
1 9" graham cracker crust
1 8 oz package cream cheese, softened
1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
1/3 cup lemon juice
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 can (21 oz) cherry pie filling, chilled
Preparation
In large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in condensed milk until smooth. Stir in lemon juice and vanilla. Pour into prepared crust. chill 3 hours or until set. Top with desired amount of pie filling before serving.
