Ingredients
2 1/2 Cups of graham cracker crumbs
1/2 Cup of butter
2 Packages of cream cheese(room temperature)
2 Cups of powdered sugar
1 tsp. of vanilla extract
2 Cups of chilled whipping cream
2 Cans of cherry pie filling
Preparation
- Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter and press into an 8- X 8-inch pan or glass dish.
- Beat the cream cheese until fluffy.
- Add confectioners’ sugar and vanilla then beat until smooth.
- Whip cream and fold into the cream cheese mixture.
- Spread on chilled graham cracker crust and spoon cherry pie filling over all.
- Refrigerate until cool.
