Ingredients

2 1/2 Cups of graham cracker crumbs

1/2 Cup of butter

2 Packages of cream cheese(room temperature)

2 Cups of powdered sugar

1 tsp. of vanilla extract

2 Cups of chilled whipping cream

2 Cans of cherry pie filling

Preparation

  1. Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter and press into an 8- X 8-inch pan or glass dish.
  2. Beat the cream cheese until fluffy.
  3. Add confectioners’ sugar and vanilla then beat until smooth.
  4. Whip cream and fold into the cream cheese mixture.
  5. Spread on chilled graham cracker crust and spoon cherry pie filling over all.
  6. Refrigerate until cool.
