Ingredients
5 1/2 TBS Butter
3/4 cup Sugar
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
2 Eggs
1/3 cup Light Corn Syrup
2 oz Semi-sweet Chocolate - melted
2/3 cup All Purpose Flour
1/4 tsp Salt
1 cup Cherry Pie Filling
Whipped topping
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350 Spray a 9" pie tin with cooking oil - wipe off all excess oil
1-With electric beater beat butter, sugar and vanilla until smooth. 2- Add eggs and corn syrup and beat until smooth 3- Mix in flour and salt until well combined. 4- Spoon pie filling onto the bottom of the prepared pin tin to within an inch of the edge. 5- Pour batter over pie filling spreadding to completely cover it. 6- Bake at 350 degrees 30-35 minuter (until tester comes out clean). Cool completely
To serve top with whipped topping and decorate with left over cherries
